Our Culture

At North FC, culture is built through daily habits, shared standards, and respect for the game. We expect every player, coach, and parent to contribute to a positive and competitive environment that helps our athletes grow on and off the field.

Player Expectations

North FC players are expected to:

  • Arrive prepared and on time for every training session and match
  • Give their full effort and attention during training and competition
  • Treat teammates, opponents, referees, and coaches with respect
  • Listen and respond to coaching with focus and effort
  • Take responsibility for their own growth through practice, fitness, and learning outside of scheduled sessions

Parent Expectations

North FC parents are expected to:

  • Support their player and the team with positive encouragement
  • Allow the coaches to handle all in-game and training direction
  • Treat referees, opponents, coaches, and other families with respect
  • Encourage their player to communicate directly with coaches when questions or concerns arise
  • Trust the program’s process for long-term player development

Why It Matters

A strong club culture comes from consistent behavior, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to growth. When everyone follows these expectations, our teams have the best opportunity to succeed together.
