They guide the club’s vision, set training standards, and ensure a consistent pathway for player development across all locations. Together, they lead with purpose, expertise, and a shared passion for growing the game in Northeast Ohio.

Attila Csiszar, Club President
Attila Csiszar is the Club President of North FC, a role he has held since founding the club in 2016. Under his leadership, North FC has grown from a single program into a multi-location operation serving hundreds of players with a staff of more than 50 coaches. Csiszar sets the vision for the club’s development pathway, emphasizing technical excellence, competitive readiness, and a culture that prioritizes both player growth and coach education.
In addition to directing North FC, Csiszar has served as Head Coach of Avon High School’s girls program since 2017, guiding the team to consistent success and earning multiple Coach of the Year honors, including Lorain County (2009, 2013, 2017, 2021), Patriot Athletic Conference (2009), and The Morning Journal (2020). His coaching résumé also includes head roles at Elyria Catholic and Brookside high schools, as well as leadership positions with Cleveland United Soccer Club, Challenger Crew Jr, and AC Futbol, where he has been Director since 2009.
A former professional player, Csiszar competed for the Canton Invaders in the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) and was part of the developmental squad for the Cleveland Crunch. He holds a United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, a USSF National C License, and an NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma. With decades of experience at the club, high school, and professional levels, Csiszar continues to shape the growth of soccer in Northeast Ohio, building programs that provide opportunities for players to reach their highest potential.

Dan Zemanski, Club Director-Hudson
Dan Zemanski serves as the Club Director for North FC’s Hudson location. A highly respected youth coach in Northeast Ohio, Zemanski has developed numerous top players and led teams to multiple State Cup Championships. He brings extensive coaching experience from the collegiate, high school, and club levels, including a long tenure as Head Coach of Hiram College’s men’s soccer program and leadership roles with Everest Soccer Club, GFS Soccer Club, and Hudson High School. A former collegiate player at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of North Carolina, Zemanski also spent eight seasons competing at the semi-professional level.

Kia Kia Zolgharnain, Club Director-Chagrin
Kia Zolgharnain is the Club Director for North FC’s Chagrin location. Over a 17-year professional career, he scored 623 goals in 615 games, won three indoor championships, earned nine All-Star selections, and represented the U.S. National Futsal Team. For more than three decades, he has coached at the club, academy, and professional levels, serving as Technical Director for Force Soccer Club and Director of Coaching for Internationals SC’s U.S. Soccer Development Academy. A USSF A License coach, Kia has trained more than 60 players who have gone on to professional careers in MLS, USL, and abroad.

Spencer Schultz, Director of OperationsEmail Me
Spencer Schultz is the Director of Operations for North FC and has been with the club since 2020. In that time, he has played a key role in growing the program from 75 players to more than 600, expanding to three locations with over 50 coaches on staff. Schultz holds a USSF D License and a USSF C License, and brings additional coaching experience from Berea-Midpark’s men’s program, Lutheran West’s women’s program, and Tri City SC.

Tommy Favro, Director of CoachingEmail Me List Item 2
Tommaso “Tommy” Favro is the Director of Coaching for North FC, leading a staff of more than 50 coaches across a rapidly growing club. Drawing from his international experience with Liverpool International Academy in Italy and his player development work at T3 Performance, Favro is focused on elevating training standards, unifying coaching methodology, and creating a clear development pathway for every North FC player. A former NCAA Division II standout at Eastern New Mexico University and Tiffin University, his playing career also includes time with FA Euro (USL2), Irving FC (NPSL), and a tryout with LA Galaxy 2.
