Age-specific leagues and competition formats for year-round development.
North FC Tryouts
North FC holds annual tryouts to form teams for the upcoming season and identify players who will continue along the club's development pathway. These sessions allow players to showcase their abilities while giving families a firsthand look at our coaching philosophy, expectations, and long-term player development model.
- Youth Tryouts (U8–U12): Held at the end of the spring season for placement the following year.
- Open Evaluations: Offered throughout the year for players interested in joining an existing team when roster space is available.
Tryouts are about more than team placement. Players are evaluated on technical ability, decision-making, competitiveness, coachability, work ethic, and character. Our staff uses this information to place each player in the environment that will best support their continued growth and development.
North FC serves as the foundation of the player pathway. During the U8–U12 years, players develop the technical skills, confidence, habits, and understanding of the game needed for long-term success. As players move into the U13 age group and beyond, they have the opportunity to continue their journey within T3 Futbol Club, where older players compete in a highly competitive environment designed to prepare them for the next stage of their soccer careers.
Together, North FC and T3 Futbol Club provide a connected pathway that allows players to develop within a consistent philosophy from their earliest competitive years through their teenage playing experience.
